For individuals only For corporations only For individuals only According to the Section 20Z of the Legislative Council Ordinance, individuals who fulfill one of the following qualifications are eligible to register as voters in ITFC: Organization Criteria Hong Kong Computer Society Distinguished Fellows or Fellows or Full Members entitled to vote at general meetings of the Society Information Technology Division of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers Fellows or Members or Graduate Members who are entitled to vote at general meetings of the Division Association for Computing Machinery, Hong Kong Chapter Professional Members entitled to vote at general meetings of the Association Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc., Hong Kong Section, Computer Chapter Fellows or Senior Members or Full Members who are entitled to vote at general meetings of the Institute Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc., Hong Kong Section, Hong Kong Joint Chapter on Circuits and Systems / Communications Fellows or Senior Members or Full Members who are entitled to vote at general meetings of the Institute The Institution of Engineering and Technology Hong Kong Honary Fellows or Fellows or Members who are either: Registered as Chartered Engineers with the Engineering Council UK; or Corporate members of the Institution of Electrical Engineers Hong Kong (IEE Hong Kong) before 15 Oct 2002 British Computer Society (Hong Kong Section) Fellows or Members or Associate Members who are entitled to vote at general meetings of the Society The Hong Kong Association for Computer Education Fellows or Senior Professional Members or Professional Members who are entitled to vote at general meetings of the Association Hong Kong Society of Medical Informatics Limited Full Members (Information Technology) who are entitled to vote at general meetings of the Society Hong Kong Telemedicine Association Ordinary Members vote at general meetings of the Association Information Systems Audit and Control Association (Hong Kong Chapter) Limited Ordinary Members confirmed by the Association to have been holders of the Certified Information Systems Auditor Certification (CISA) during the relevant period*, and entitled to vote at general meetings of the Association Internet Professionals Association Limited Members confirmed by the Association to have had experience in the information technology field, as specified in the constitution of the Association, during the relevant period*; and entitled to vote at general meetings of the Association Professional Information Security Association Full Members confirmed by the Association to have been holders of the Certified Information  Systems Security Professional Certification (CISSP) during the relevant period*; and entitled to vote at general meetings of the Association * "relevant period" (有關期間), in relation to a person, means the period of 4 years immediately preceding the date on which that person applies for registration as an elector of the information technology functional constituency. ^ Top For Corporations only According to the Section 20Z of the Legislative Council Ordinance, corporations who possess one of the following criteria can registeras voters in ITFC: (i) Membership of IT Trade Associations # Organization Criteria Hong Kong Information Technology Federation Limited Corporate members entitled to vote at general meetings of the body Hong Kong Internet Service Providers Association Hong Kong Radio Paging Association Ltd Communications Association of Hong Kong Hong Kong Wireless Technology Industry Association Limited The Society of Hong Kong External Telecommunications Services Providers Limited Information and Software Industry Association Limited Full Members entitled to vote at general meetings of the Association Hong Kong & Mainland Software Industry Cooperation Association Limited Eligible persons: the major business of which, as confirmed by the Association, has been in the research, development or application of information technology or computer software during the relevant period*; AND which are entitled to vote at general meetings of the Association. * "relevant period" (有關期間), in relation to a person, means the period of 4 years immediately preceding the date on which that person applies for registration as an elector of the information technology functional constituency. # You must have been its corporate member  and have been operating for the 12 months immediately before the date of your application for registration (ii) Holders of the following licences granted by the Telecommunications Authority under the Telecommunications Ordinance # Fixed Telecommunications Network Services licences; Public Non-exclusive Telecommunications Service licences; Public Radiocommunications Service licences; Satellite Master Antenna Television licences; Broadcast Relay Station licences; Broadcast Radio Relay Station licences; Carrier licences # You must have been operating for the 12 months immediately before the date of your application for registration.
