Get the GC Registration Form Register online if you have a valid digital certificate      Not Sure Check your status with Registration and Election Office (REO) at 28911001. Tips: If you have moved, you are advised to fill-in the form to change your residential address. It is because the REO has the power to delete a voter from the Registry if it believes that the registered address is no longer the major residential address of that voter. STEP 2 Do you possess the criteria of an ITFC voter (membership of anyone of the eligible organizations)? YES Step 3 No Step 4 Not Sure Please make reference to the information in: Guidance notes by the Registration and Electoral Office; or Section 20Z of Legislative Council Ordinance Tips: If, after making reference to the relevant materials, you are still not sure about your eligibility, please contact one of the following organizations for further information: Registration and Electoral Office The relevant IT professional bodies and trade associations  (Please refer to “Enquiry” for details) STEP 3 Have you settled down the membership fee for this year?                               YES Step 5 No Please appoint a representative.                                                  Not Sure Please check with the organization you belong to.                          STEP 4 Are you eligible to be a voting member of anyone of the 13 IT professional bodies? YES Please join one of them! Then go to Step 5                             No Sorry, you are unable to register as a voter in ITFC                Not Sure Please check with the organization you belong to.                       Tips: You can apply to be a member of a professional body first and then submit your voter registration form to the REO with remarks on your form that your membership is in process. Please be reminded that different professional bodies have different requirements on who can vote at general meetings. Please check with the relevant organizations to ensure your eligibility. (You may refer to “Application Form and Download” for reference.) YES Step 4 No Please appoint a representative.                                                    Tips: Criteria of the Authorized Representative in ITFC: A registered geographical constituency elector Has a substantial connection with the body, e.g. being a member, partner, officer or employee of the body Has not been appointed by another corporation under the Functional Constituency as an Authorized Representative NOT an individual voter in IT Functional Constituency If the Authorized Representative of your company has moved, please ask him /her to update his/her address for retaining his/her voting right. STEP 4 Please fill in the ITFC voter registration form.
